Women's Wellness Yoga - Monday 5th July, 7.30-8.45pm at The Quaives
Join Clare in the underfloor heated yoga studio The Quaives Retreat centre for a women’s wellness yoga class for all bodies and abilities from beginners to intermediates. No experience is necessary. This 75 minute class will start with a gentle warm up, coming back home to yourself through movement mediation combined with some yogic breathing which will evolve into a more dynamic practise of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Flow. We will then wind down with some more mindful movement and be invited into a practise of deep restoration with some Yoga Nidra at the end.
