An experienced yoga instructor, ayurvedic full body Abhyanga massage therapist, Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner, sound healing facilitator, a powerful wellness and empowerment mentor for women, and has been on the Tantric path for many years. Founder of The Quaives retreat centre.
A herbalist and naturopath specialising in female health, Body Massage therapist, an energy worker (Reiki and more), a practiced Tantrika and a transformational mentor for ambitious women in long-term relationships.
With over 20 years combined experience working with women we are excited to have brought together a powerful, sacred, intimate, deeply healing and expansive 4 week immersive experience, inclusive of a 2 day play-shop, for women like you.
During these 4 weeks together we will be guiding you on a journey through 6 female archetypes:

Eros means DESIRE.
Eros means LOVE, PASSION, SEXUALITY. THE EROTIC.
Eros is SENSUAL and PASSIONATE love.
Eros, in Greek mythology is the God of Desire and Love. Eros was the assistant, and some say the son of Aphrodite; the Goddess of Beauty and Love.
Eros, in the Bible refers to ROMANTIC and SEXUAL love, marital love. The UNION of the masculine and feminine. Eros is said to be the feelings of AROUSAL shared between two people who are attracted to each other.
Eros in Tantra is Shakti, ORGASMIC LIFE FORCE energy, the sexual energy of creation of the masculine and feminine energy (Shiva-Shakti union).
Eros is the desire for WHOLENESS.
We are inviting women to embody the eros within for themselves; to come into their most authentic expression and experience their wild wholeness.
The venue
About The Quaives Retreat Centre
A magical and unique country escape surrounded by nature in East Kent, UK.
You have 19 acres to inhabit, including a selection of beautifully manicured secret gardens and tree-lined fields with an array of flowers, plants and trees, and a large pond full of fish and frogs with small waterfalls at both ends. Beneath the pine trees in the wild meadow you have a scandinavian wood-fired hot tub for up to 8 to relax in.
On site is the beautiful 17th Century country house which has up to four rooms and a further 8 outbuildings; 3 cottages, an 8-bed dormitory, a light-filled, underfloor-heated yoga studio with props provided, the Saloon which is the diner-lounge room with a log-burning stove and a professional retreat kitchen where our highly experienced retreat chefs will be cooking up lots of delicious nutritious delights.
The Shala

A stunning purpose built underfloor-heated light-filled studio with in built music system and blinds.

Blankets, yoga mats, eye pillows, cushions, bolsters, sheepskin rugs, bricks and yoga straps are provided.
The diner-lounge

A large cosy space with comfy sofa's and a log burning stove at one end and a dinning area with help yourself kitchen area for teas & coffees at the other.

At meal times all dishes will be served in this room, buffet style, where you can help yourself to the delicious selection cooked up by the in-house experienced retreat chefs.
Hot Tub

Log-fired hot tub in the meadow beneath the stars.

The hot tub will be made available at certain times which will be on your schedule during your stay and there is space for unto 6 persons at a time.

You will receive:
One 1:1 private session with Clare and Jacqui
A 2 day in-person experiential play-shop
2x group calls (1 before and 1 after play-shop)
The itinerary and details:
First group call:
The first online group call is a chance for introductions, connection and breaking the ice. It’s the time to set intentions. You will also be introduced to the 6 archetypes in more detail so you can start opening to them.
The 2 day play-shop schedule (subject to change):
Day 1:
10am - Opening ceremony. - Be cleansed. Land in the space. Ground in. Connect with each other.
10.30am The archetype journey commences:
The Sensual – Immerse yourself in your 5 senses with a series of activities for each sense. Discover and explore your senses with presence, purpose, and pleasure.The Feminine – Learn the art of the masculine and feminine dynamic with potent teachings. Activate your positive and negative magnetic poles with a guided practice. Visit your inner feminine temple with a guided mediation and open your feminine energy and female body with feminine yoga. Inspire and connect with your inner masculine energy to experience your full empowered feminine self.
1.30pm - 75 minute Nourishing lunch & break2.45pm – Reconnect and ground back in
3pm The Archetype journey continues:The Erotic - Nourish yourself with your erotic energy via an erotic energy activation breathwork practice. Release your conditioning and unleash your rage with a power rage and release ritual. Ground back in and reconnect with your erotic energy via the same breathwork practice after the release and rage ritual.
The Dark Feminine - Unleash your inner seductress and temptress. Give space for your Inner bitch and inner witch. Choose your Dark Feminine’s name, your alter ego, to fully express this part of you. Receive this worship from your Sisters and yourself. See and experience yourself in a whole new way. Let your wild eros out!
5.30pm – Cool down and closing ceremony
6pm - Finish
7.30pm - Gourmet vegan dinner
Day 2:
9am - Breakfast
10am – The Archetype Journey Re-commences
The Goddess – Invoke the ancient Goddesses of various cultures. Learn how to become the creatrix of your own reality. The Alchemist and Enchantress. Shakti. Work with the Universal creative life force within and beyond. Become magnetic and learn how to attract your desires TO you with powerful feminine energy teachings, tools and practices. Explore a Law of Attraction. Experience a juicy orgasmic manifestation guided practice with Orgasmic energy and breath work.
The Priestess- A right of passage ceremony. Wear the Priestess Crown and hold the staff infused with the potent energy from the 2 days. Enjoy an embodiment practice with yoga and tantra individually, in pairs and as a group. Step into the role of the High Priestess; The way shower, the guide, the wise woman. Come together in a final Sister circle for deeper sharing of lessons and blessings. Listening to each other. Validating each other.Receive a take home sheet with highlights from the experience and things to put into practice when home.
1.30pm - 60 minute Nourishing lunch & break
2.30pm – Reconnect and ground in
2.45pm – Integration activities
- Journal time- With journal prompts and free flow.- Restful time
4pm - Yoni collage – With all the crystals, materials, props, flowers and other media used over the 2 days it’s time to create a Yoni collage in the middle of the room. You can lay down around this collage for the closing ceremony.
5pm -Closing ceremony
5.30pm- Namaste and Finish.
