Summer Solstice is approaching - the longest day of the year! A potent time for women to gather in sacred sisterhood to celebrate personally where we have been and where we are now, to reflect on personal growth and the meaning of this season of light. We will gather at a stunning secret coastal location in East Kent at sun rise with a fire ritual, meditation and gentle movement. The Sun represents the light of all life and consciousness, and as we feel the rays of the early dawn upon us, together we will open up our hearts allowing ourselves to receive the light and magic of source to illuminate our inner world; the heart, mind and soul!

To bring: blanket, rug, yoga mat, flask of your favourite hot beverage, croissant or early morning snack.
